A Briton in his 30s has become the country's first man to buy an iPad 2, after waiting for 33 agonising hours.
A huge crowd of gadget and gaming fans had gathered for the new Apple iPad in a popular London store Friday.
Queues began at 10 a.m. Thursday at Apple's Regent Street store, ahead of Friday's 5 p.m. launch of the improved tablet computer.
Jewels Lewis, 32, was first in line, The Sun reported.
Lewis, who had been fourth in line for the iPhone 4 that was released in June 2010, said: 'There's no medal for fourth. This year I got the gold.'
